Tasks

Scheduled task:
  • Periodic works which re-occur on specific intervals are called schedule tasks. We can set a schedule task in advance for any upcoming events with intervals of days/ weeks/Months or years. Example: Some maintenance procedures, Paying EB bill, Paying phone bill, Vehicle service, vehicle Insurance renewal.
  • No Tasks extensions would be given for scheduled tasks
  • If a scheduled task is not completed within the allotted time, the points issued for the particular task would be deducted on daily basis, until the task is completed. If the staff is on approved leave, the scheduled task would be automatically extended by the system.
  • No extra points would be given for scheduled task.
Special Tasks:
  • This is not the re-occurring task like a scheduled task. When a special task is issued, the staff is informed about the task and its details via SMS.
  • An allotted time is given for a special task and if the staff completed the task ahead of the allotted time, extra points will be given based on how soon the task is completed.
  • Extension can be issued for a special task. The user can request for an extension through the extension feature. Maximum of 2 extensions permitted.
  • Points would be deducted from 3rd extension.
Special tasks with incentive:
  • A special task can be issued with an incentive of a certain amount set by the administrator.
  • When a task extension is issued, a certain incentive amount is deducted on daily basis.
Task incentive amount:
  • For example user salary is Rs. 10,000/- the administrator splits 10% of the basic pay and the company offers another 10% of basic pay and sums it as 20% which is incentive. When the staff achieves 85% of the total task points allotted, he becomes eligible for the incentive amount starting from __ %
  • Either the organization can convince the staff to agree to split 10% of basic pay and adapt to the system or the admin can split 20% from the basic pay and offer as incentive. However, we encourage the organization to offer a minimum of 20% incentive which encourages the staff to perform with enthusiasm and efficiency.
